"The age of our cleaners in China is quite old, so it's hard for them to do their daily maintenance. Their job is not very stable. If we train them how to use the machine, it's a very high cost. So we really make our machines simple with automation, like a toothbrush that automatically loads and releases the brush, and with voice guides for those who cannot read. These small things are quite good for local customer requirements."
